Educational Qualification:
Must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
The final result must be declared on or before the closing date.
Domicile Requirement:
Must possess a Domicile Certificate of the State against which the candidate has applied.
Age Limit (as on 14.12.2025):
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation is applicable as per Government rules:
SC/ST: +5 years
OBC: +3 years
Departmental Candidates (Central Govt. employees): Up to 40 years
PwBD (UR/OBC/SC/ST): 10, 13, and 15 years respectively.
The selection involves two tiers of examination, followed by Document Verification.

Syllabus Focus: The syllabus is generally of the 10th standard.
General Awareness: History, Geography, Polity, Economics, General Science, Computers, and especially Current Affairs.
Quantitative Aptitude: Number Systems, Simplification, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Ratio & Proportion, etc.
Reasoning: Analogies, Classification, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Series, Direction Sense, etc.
English Language: Vocabulary, Grammar (Error Spotting, Sentence Improvement), Synonyms, Antonyms, Cloze Test, and Reading Comprehension.
Tier II is a Descriptive Test and is only Qualifying in Nature (marks are not added to the final merit list).
Topics: English Language and Comprehension.
Includes a task like Paragraph Writing (approx. 150 words).
Questions testing vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidates must score a minimum of 20 marks out of 50 to qualify.
